Great features for the price
As a new freelancer, I was looking for the best deal. I got the Geschäftskonto für Freiberufler and was able to snag a couple of Gratis-Monate. That really helped me out financially at the start. Solid business account experience
I opened a Geschäftskonto für Selbstständige with Finom last month and was pretty impressed. The account opening process was smooth, took about 15 minutes online and then another day for verification. I got a Virtuelle Debitkarte almost instantly, which was great for immediate online purchases. The Rechnungssoftware is surprisingly intuitive; I sent out my first invoice with it, and it was straightforward. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about the DATEV-Schnittstelle, getting back to me within a few hours. Overall, it's a well-integrated system, though I'm still getting used to all the Ausgabenmanagement features. The physische Debitkarte arrived in about 5 days, which was standard.
Consistent service as always
This was my third time using Finom, this time for a new Unternehmenskonto in Gründung. Just like before, the process was efficient and reliable. Good value, minor snag
I signed up for the Geschäftskonto for my UG. The Kostenloses Basiskonto was a big draw. Setting up was quick, and the Multi-Banking-Funktion has been useful for seeing all my balances in one place. I also got a Cashback-Programm benefit, which is a nice bonus. My only small issue was with linking to my existing Buchhaltung-Integration; it took a couple tries to get it right.
